• Chat data is used only to generate responses and provide health-related information.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Data is only shared with our trusted AI service providers to process scans or generate chat responses. No personal data, device info, or location is collected.

4. Data Retention

• Prescription scan data is processed temporarily and not stored after results are delivered.
• Chat history is not stored beyond the active session.

We use secure, encrypted connections when transmitting data to our providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Outside of prescription scanning and assistant chat, Cura does not track, collect, or use any personal data.
